I love killing wurms!!!!! The more the better! Fought 3 at once last night. Sweet victory. 2 bleached sheels dropped. I used to run the clear-the- desert build with illusionary weapon and elemental resistance, but I guess I am too lazy to used that set up each time. Sometimes all I plan to kill is wurms and griffins.

I run this build. Very efficients on wurms and griffins. Illusionary weaponry build is slower but better if sand elementals and the echanted weapons are blocking your farm lands.

Sprint - mostly to speed up run and avoid enchanted bows, swords,etc
Desperation blow
Riposte
Deadly Riposte
Gladiators
Dolyacts
Phyical Resistance
Healing Signet

Grab your armor, collectors shield, and a zealous blade of defense and watch them die. I usually run two superiors, Strength and Tactics.

Tactics 15- 16
Strength 12
Sword 9-10
Inspiration 4-5

If you really want to speed up wurm kill, drop sprint and gladiators and add sever artery and gash with a barbed sword. They bleed and keep a deep wound the whole time. Man, I love it when they gang up on me. Kiling one at a time is too quick.

BTW, this run is doable without att in swords, but I can't seem to find any wurms, I get 3 max a run.

heres my build, the swordsmanship isnt requirted i dont even use it its just for show i jsut keep the 2 from my hat and rune because my sword is req12

You don't need mend ailment, you just have to be more intelligent than what you're dealing with and if you cant detect something is about to get in your aggro circle, you need to die anyway. I replaced it with sprint.

This is the best build I have come across for farming the Hydras in Skyward Reach..

Warrior/Elem

Tatics =16
Swordsmanship=11
Strength=9
Inspiration Magic=2
Sprint
Sever Artery
Riposte
Deadly Riposte
Victory Is Mine
Elemental Resistance
Dolyak Signe
Healing Signet

With this build, if you count all the steel ingots that I get from salvaging blues and whites, along with all the loot, I earn 20k per hour farming here.
I use Gladiator Armor, with Ssaki Sword, Kanaxai Edge Sword, and a Gold Fiery dragon Sword.. And Arrahhsh`s Shield...
However,you can use a basic sword and shield
